As a Senior Product Designer and key member of our team, you’ll design intuitive, elegant, and innovative user experiences that delight our customers and drive the success of our search and flagship AI offering, Workspace Intelligence. What you’ll do…

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to deeply understand user needs and business goals
• Take ownership of the end-to-end design process, from discovery to delivery, including wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate ideas and ensure solutions are user-friendly and effective
• Drive the evolution of our design system to maintain visual and interaction consistency across our platform
• Partner with cross-functional teams to solve complex product challenges and define the future of our legal workspace
• Advocate for user-centred design principles and accessibility best practices, ensuring all users can access and benefit from our solutions

What you’ll need…

You’re the perfect fit if you:
● 7+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI designer, or in a similar role
● Ideally have worked in the legal industry or equivalent B2B industry experience
● Possess a portfolio showcasing your end-to-end design process, product thinking, and problem-solving skills
● Are proficient in design tools like Figma or similar, and familiar with design systems and accessibility standards
● Thrive on collaboration, continuous learning, and solving complex design challenges
● Have excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate design decisions and their impact on the product
● Comfortable with ambiguity, great at driving clarity proactively and efficiently
● Bonus points if you have experience in SaaS, GenAI or working with data-driven platforms!
