The LawVu SaaS Terms and Conditions, located at https://lawvu.com/terms/, (or other agreement between Customer and LawVu governing use of the LawVu Services) govern the use of this Mobile App.
This User Notice applies to your access and use of the LawVu Mobile App provided by LawVu Limited (or one of its affiliates), which you have access rights via your company’s agreement with LawVu for the LawVu Services.
Installation and Use Rights. You may install and use the software on mobile devices you own or control in order to access and interact with the LawVu Services. Your access to LawVu Services through the use of this Mobile App must comply with the existing SaaS Terms that apply to you through your company’s subscription. You are responsible for the security and integrity of your device to ensure data accessed via the LawVu application remains protected.
Data Collection. The LawVu Mobile App may collect information about you and your use of the software and send that to LawVu. LawVu may use this information to provide services and improve its products and services. Your opt-out rights, if any, are described in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable Use Policy. The Mobile App is licensed, not sold. LawVu reserves all other rights. Unless applicable law gives you more rights despite this limitation, you will not (and have no right to):
(i) work around any technical limitations in the Mobile App that only allow you to use it in certain ways;
(ii) reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Mobile App ;
(iii) remove, minimize, block, or modify any notices of LawVu or its suppliers in the Mobile App;
(iv) use the Mobile App in any way that is against the law or to create or propagate malware;
(v) share, publish, distribute, or lend the Mobile App, provide the Mobile App as a stand-alone hosted solution for others to use, or transfer the Mobile App or this agreement to any third party.
Third Party Beneficiary. This clause applies where you are a user of the App Store made available by Apple Inc. You agree that Apple Inc and its subsidiaries are third party beneficiaries of this User Notice, and Apple has the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this User notice against you as a third party beneficiary thereof.
