We are experiencing intermittent issues in the APAC region with the third-party software (Accusoft Prizmdoc) used to preview files in LawVu.

Images may not render correctly or you may notice invalid references on Word documents. Accusoft engineers have identified the root cause. Our team will maintain contact with them as they work towards a fix.
