1. This is the LawVu legal workspace. You're now looking at a matter details page where you can access and view important information at a glance. Click next to continue.

2. Legal notes help teams easily record and retrieve decisions, reasoning, and updates - all without switching tools or digging through separate files. It's easily accessible from this page or via a dedicated Notes tab. Click next to continue.

3. You can access legal notes from this panel to quickly add notes and decisions so let's add a quick note here. Click Add a note to this matter

4. With legal notes you can easily format text, add links to external sources, and attach documents from your local device. Click next to continue.

5. You can also post it as a Status Update to broadcast a progress update to all members. Click Post as status update

6. Click continue to save the note

7. Your note now appears here as the latest status update, saving your time from having to manually notify members.

8. If you need to view notes in greater details, you can view them in a dedicated tab. Click Go to notes

9. You can also generate AI-powered summaries of your notes with a single click - perfect for quick reviews and handovers. The summary covers all notes on the matter, so you don't need to sift through each one individually. Click Summarize

10. AI note summaries is a great tool to catch up on matter progress in seconds and easily provide updates to the business.
