Third party Subprocessors

LawVu is a data processor and engages a number of third-party service providers (Subprocessors) that may process data on behalf of our customers (who are the controllers of that data) to support the delivery of the LawVu Services set out in the relevant agreement (SaaS Agreement). This list may be updated from time to time.

Mandatory Subprocessors

LawVu Draft Subprocessors (to 31 March 2026)

LawVu recently acquired ClauseBase B.V., the provider of what is now LawVu Draft (formerly ClauseBuddy). We’re currently working to bring LawVu Draft into LawVu’s standard operating environment to ensure a seamless experience. LawVu Draft will be available as part of the LawVu Platform from 31 March 2026 (or as otherwise communicated by LawVu). At that time, the subprocessors supporting LawVu Draft will align with LawVu’s existing subprocessors as set out above.
