What You’ll Do:

• Build full-stack AI features for legal teams, owning the complete user experience from frontend to backend integration
• Collaborate with the product trio (Product Manager, Technical Lead, UX Designer) and other engineers to understand user problems and ship solutions that solve real legal workflow challenges
• Drive the development lifecycle from concept to production, including architecture decisions, testing, and performance optimisation
• Experiment with AI technologies – evaluate, prototype, and integrate cutting-edge tools into our platform and products
• Maintain high standards for security, performance, and code quality in our multi-tenant environment
• Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge across product, design, and engineering teams
• Stay curious about emerging AI and legal tech trends, bringing fresh ideas to drive innovation

Core Technical Skills:

• Full-stack Software Engineering Expertise:

• • 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
  • Strong proficiency in C# .NET Framework / .NET Core, Angular, and REST API design and development.
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Azure PaaS services.
  • Experience with Git and Azure DevOps.
  • Experience designing, conducting, and analysing experiments to validate hypotheses and optimise product features.
  • Comfortable working in an Agile environment.

Bonus Skills:

• AI and Search Technologies:

• • Experience integrating and deploying AI models in production environments.
  • Proficiency in Python.
  • Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.
  • Natural Language Processing (NLP) for text analysis and understanding.
  • Search and retrieval solutions (e.g., Elasticsearch, Azure Cognitive Search).
