What you’ll do…

• Be awesome
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to drive innovation and development of product features
• Own the full development lifecycle for AI-powered features, from POC to production and ongoing maintenance
• Contribute to the architecture design, balancing scalability with cost considerations
• Optimisation of our intelligent search capabilities
• Maintain our strong security standards and AI governance policies in a multi-tenant environment to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers
• Stay up to date with the latest developments in AI

• Skills to Pay the Bills: we’d like to hear from you if you have experience in most of the following areas:
• • Fullstack Software Engineering Expertise:
  • • 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
    • Strong proficiency in C# .NET Framework / .NET Core, Angular, and REST API design and development.
    • Solid understanding of Azure PaaS and Azure Web App services.
    • Experience with Git and Azure DevOps
    • Comfortable working in an Agile environment
  • AI and Search Technologies:
  • • Experience integrating and deploying AI models in production environments.
    • Proficiency in Python, SQL.
    • Experience with at least one of the following areas:
    • • Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
      • Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques
      • Natural Language Processing (NLP) for text analysis and understanding
      • Search and retrieval solutions (e.g., Elasticsearch, Azure Cognitive Search)
    • Experience designing, conducting, and analyzing experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize product features.
