Join our Contracts team that’s on a mission to revolutionize legal work. In this role, you’ll be working on a core part of our legal workspace that empowers in-house legal teams to manage the full contract lifecycle with ease and efficiency. You’ll play a key role in leveraging AI to transform how legal teams interact with contracts, creating smarter, faster, and more intuitive workflows. You’ll help accelerate legal processes, drive creativity, and bring fresh solutions to an industry ready for change. This role reports to the Director of Engineering.

Location:

Wellington, Tauranga or Auckland.

What You’ll Do:

●    Be awesome

●    Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to drive innovation and development of product features

●    Own the full development lifecycle for product lead features, from POC to production and ongoing maintenance

●    Contribute to the architecture design, balancing scalability with cost considerations

●    Maintain our strong security standards and AI governance policies in a multi-tenant environment to ensure data integrity and compliance.

●    Mentor and guide junior engineers

●    Stay up to date with the latest developments in AI

●      Skills to Pay the Bills: we’d like to hear from you if you have experience in most of the following areas:

○      Fullstack Software Engineering Expertise:

■      5+ years of experience in full-stack software development.

■      Strong proficiency in C# .NET Framework / .NET Core, Angular, and REST API design and development.

■      Solid understanding of Azure PaaS and Azure Web App services.

■      Experience with Git and Azure DevOps

■      Comfortable working in an Agile environment

■      Azure Cloud Experience

■      B2B SaaS Experience
