We’re looking for a Field Marketing Manager to take our growth in North America and Canada to the next level. Reporting to the Director of Field Marketing, you’ll be the driving force behind localized marketing programs that directly fuel pipeline, revenue, and account engagement.
This is a hands-on, strategic role at the intersection of marketing and sales. You’ll partner closely with our North American sales, advocacy and partnerships teams as well as Global Marketing to plan and execute high-impact programs designed to influence specific accounts, industries, buying groups and in-house communities. You will be a regional expert who is deeply connected to our prospects, customers, and market landscape so you can craft regional experiences that convert interest into opportunity.
Day to Day You Will
● Develop and execute regional field marketing strategies that align to company goals, pipeline objectives and regional account priorities – in collaboration with Sales, Customer Experience, Advocacy and Partnerships teams.
● Analyze local market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform these regional marketing plans.
● Define and own the field marketing calendar for the US & Canada region.
● Plan and manage regional marketing events, including industry events, webinars, customer workshops, executive experiences and community conferences & engagements.
● Create personalized, high-impact campaigns tailored to specific industries, personas, and buying stages – using an account-based approach to influence decision-makers and accelerate opportunities.
● Manage the full lifecycle of field programs in the US and Canada region: planning, execution, registration, lead capture, and performance reporting.
● Collaborate with Global Marketing to ensure regional activity reflects the LawVu brand, values, and Global Marketing goals.
● Support the partnerships team with co-marketing activity for key regional channel partners.
● Analyze the effectiveness of field marketing campaigns and report regularly on progress against company and campaign goals.
● Work closely with product marketing to tailor content and messaging for local relevance and resonance across verticals.
● Leverage marketing technology and data to identify high-intent accounts, measure engagement, and continuously improve field marketing effectiveness.
Required Skills
● Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in B2B SaaS organizations, especially those with a sales-heavy go-to-market strategy.
● Proven success in managing field marketing programs and relationships with enterprise sales organizations
● Embodies strong organizational skills, ability to anticipate the needs of sales
● Ability to maintain an optimistic, approachable, and self-starter attitude
● Partnered with creative and content teams to ideate, optimize, and develop creatives relevant to Enterprise audiences across the US region
● Worked in cross-functional matrix structures, contributing to the execution of integrated campaigns or field marketing.
● Strong desire to execute, drive impact, and demonstrate urgency with projects big and small.
● Happy to be “hands-on” — no task is too small or too big.
● Experience in the legal industry.
