Confidential Information. The Security Pack provided by LawVu contains confidential and proprietary information of LawVu relating to its security measures, protocols, and related materials (the Confidential Information), including, but is not limited to, security policies, procedures, network diagrams, vulnerability assessments, incident response plans, physical security measures, personnel security protocols, and any related discussions or documentation.

Use and Protection of Confidential Information. By accessing the Security Pack, you agree you will: (a) use Confidential Information only for the purpose of evaluating the LawVu Services, (b) not disclose Confidential Information to third parties without LawVu’s prior approval, (c) restrict access to the Confidential Information only to those of your representatives who have a need to know the Confidential Information, (d) protect Confidential Information using at least the same precautions you use for your own similar information and no less than a reasonable standard of care, (e) return or destroy the Confidential Information in your possession or control where it is no longer required, (f) not remove proprietary markings from Confidential Information or reverse engineer technology provided as Confidential Information and (g) not export Confidential Information or any direct product of Confidential Information in violation of export laws.

Ownership of Confidential Information. LawVu retains all of its intellectual property and other rights in its Confidential Information and its disclosure to you grants no license under such rights.

Disclaimer. Confidential Information is provided without warranties, “AS IS” and with all faults.

Remedies for Breach. Any unauthorized disclosure or use of the Confidential Information could cause irreparable harm to LawVu, for which monetary damages may not be a sufficient remedy. Consequently, upon breach of this Notice, LawVu is entitled to seek appropriate equitable relief, including an injunction, in addition to its other remedies.
