Ali Meredith

Ali Meredith is the Director of Product Partnerships at LawVu, where she works closely with AI providers and partners to integrate their solutions deeply into LawVu's Legal Workspace. Prior to LawVu, Ali evaluated AI powered solutions and delivered projects using AI for leading law firms and Alternative Legal Service Providers (ALSPs) in the UK and Australia before joining a Canadian contract AI startup where she spent three years training AI systems and helping legal teams leverage those solutions to accelerate their impact.

Dan Broderick

Dan Broderick is the co-founder and CEO of BlackBoiler, an automated contract markup tool that instantaneously marks up contracts right in “Track Changes,” just like an attorney. Through deep domain expertise and passion, he's built a vision for BlackBoiler to transform the status quo of contract negotiation. Before founding BlackBoiler, Dan was an attorney with Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP, an AM 100 law firm. There, he specialized in negotiation, related disputes, and developing more efficient processes for contract review. He holds a J.D. from American University. Additionally, Dan holds a degree in engineering management.
