2. When you click on the search bar, it automatically surfaces matters, contracts and files you've accessed recently. This will save you time if you need to get back to something you have been working on. Click continue to see how Quick Search works.
3. Results will show up as you type, showing matter and contract records containing the keyword you typed. You can filter results by creation date, department or region. Click the Created drop down menu to filter to records created in the last 7 days.
4. Click 'Last 7 days' to filter results.
5. And now the results are filtered according to your selection -- it's that easy to get to a specific matter, contract, or file across the entire workspace. Click to continue.
6. You can initiate search from anywhere in LawVu - without disrupting your workflow. In this scenario, you're looking at a matter record and you want to search for another matter you're working on. Click the search bar to start the search.
7. This will pop open the quick search again. But this time let's see how Advanced Search works -- where you can get even more granular with your results by using more filters. Click next to continue.
8. In this scenario, let's find any record or file related to Westwind Wind Farm. Click Advanced Search to bring up more filters to get more precise results.
9. Advanced Search gives legal users more options for precise filters based on matter status, owner, type of records, and more. Let's filter the result set based on Matter Owner. Click Owner to continue.
10. Now you can refine results based on a specific contract owner. In this scenario, let's select Anna Martin. Click Anna Martin to continue.
