2. AI contract extraction is a feature that allows you to automatically extract and capture contract meta data from your contracts on upload. This removes the need for data entry and improves accuracy.

3. As a legal user, you can use AI contract extraction to streamline the process of uploading multiple contracts at once. You can upload up to 100 contracts simultaneously.

4. You can also review all AI-extracted data to verify its accuracy and make any necessary adjustments.

5. With your mouse, click and drag here, then drop it on here to upload your contracts.

6. Once the upload is complete, you'll select the Contract Type and the Contract Stage. All contracts you upload must be of the same type.

7. Click here to select AMC Building NDA as the contract type. AI will extract relevant fields for this contract type.

8. Click continue here to initiate the upload

9. From this Uploads page, you can view and monitor the status of your uploads in a convenient table format. AI will begin analyzing your contracts and help you quickly identify any issues.

10. After the extraction process is complete, you will find your contracts on the Review extractions page. This is a shared space which means your team can see it too and help review them if needed.

11. This screen is where you'll review and confirm the data AI has extracted from your contract. The left hand panel shows the key information AI pulled from your document. You can review them against the actual contract document on the right.

12. Clicking the citation above an AI-populated field will take you instantly to the exact location of the extracted data in the document, highlighting it with a yellow bounding box.

13. The fields with a teal background were populated by the AI which you can edit if needed. When you edit, the teal background will disappear indicating a manual change has taken place. Once happy, you can simply click here to mark it as reviewed.

14. You can continue reviewing the next uploaded contract by clicking next, or go back to the review page to view contracts in your queue.
