Checkbox announces latest integration with LawVu for the seamless connection of legal workflows and matter management systems

Sydney, Australia – September 21, 2022: Leading no-code service automation platform, Checkbox, has officially released an integration with LawVu, a legal workspace for in-house legal. Through this collaboration, legal functions can digitize and automate their services and connect the flow of their legal intake to their existing LawVu matter management capabilities, without requiring any code.

The integration empowers legal functions to automate the creation of legal matters within the Checkbox platform using just drag & drop and streamlines the flow of intake data to their LawVu workspace. Acting as a single source of truth and with minimal configuration, the integration provides a seamless experience for legal teams to upload and manage their files, documents, and activities across both platforms. As a result, legal teams and business users no longer require manual or duplicative efforts to capture the full picture of a workflow – providing the team with more time on completing priorities, rather than spending time recording them.

The out-of-the-box integration is being implemented for Checkbox’s and LawVu’s mutual customer, Telstra. With both platforms in their existing tech stack, Telstra was seeking a streamlined and automated solution to collect, sort, and capture information from their ‘Engage Legal’ intake & triage tool on Checkbox to creating matters on LawVu.

“The mission at LawVu has always been to bring legal closer to the heart of the business. We’re constantly looking for ways to help our customers, and this new integration with Checkbox is a great example of how LawVu aligns with your business operations, giving the legal function optimal results,” says Sam Kidd, CEO of LawVu.

The integration aims to provide a refreshed experience for business users by digitizing the transfer of information of legal requests, files, and documents to the team’s legal workspace on LawVu, without doubling up entry or leaving the Checkbox platform.

“It’s great that teams can build workflows without code using Checkbox. And now, they can integrate those workflows with LawVu, also without code,” says Evan Wong, CEO & Co-Founder of Checkbox. “We’re expecting to see significant time savings for Telstra through the integration and look forward to continuing to support the Telstra team in delivering faster turnaround times and better experiences for the business.
