What you’ll do…
You will own and drive functional performance and improvements across our Sales technology stack, primarily based around Salesforce SalesCloud and products integrated with Salesforce.
In this role, you will work with the Director of Sales Operations to define, design, implement and maintain solutions that power our sales and growth aspirations. You will engage and collaborate with your key stakeholders from Marketing, to the Sales teams, Customer Success, Product and Community teams, to ensure we deliver a joined up and seamless end to end customer experience.
You will apply your deep knowledge of Salesforce SalesCloud and other supporting sales solutions to deliver exceptional service and support to our Sales teams. You will be a delivery oriented person, with a focus on solving challenges quickly and effectively that enable high levels of automation, scaling our business for the future.

What you’ll bring…
- 5+ years as a Salesforce Functional Consultant / Administrator.
- Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator and SalesCloud Consultant certification.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce declarative configuration, setup, object definition and creation, security and permissions, automation and workflow, and environments and release management.
- A detailed understanding of sales processes, approaches, and workflows.
- Demonstrable experience with other Salesforce products, in particular ServiceCloud, MarketingCloud, and CommunityCloud.
- Experience working with supporting go to market tools across sales performance and automation, search, telephony, chat, NPS, mobile, event management, web analytics, content management, learning management, and community.
- An ability to break down and articulate complex business problems into deliverable initiatives.
- An ability to work and manage work laid in a fast paced, high growth environment.
- Your excellent communication skills, good humor, and customer service oriented approach.
Our head office is located in Tauranga, New Zealand, however, LawVu is a remote-first company and any New Zealand based location will be considered.
